- At remote offices branch locations using browser-based scan module for desktop scanners of any size and form factor.

Identify, classify, split documents automatically
Once documents are captured, FreeMind Enterprise’s unique proprietary classification technologies recognise document types, and detect and validate complex document set structures automatically. The solution invokes business rules adapted to your precise needs and documents that are read correctly are processed without any staff intervention at all. In case of doubt, documents are sent to an exception handling module for attention.

Extract and validate data
FreeMind Enterprise uses its advanced OCR/ICR technology to read data from all scanned documents, from machine-printed and handwritten text to barcodes and check-boxes, both on regular forms and non-standard documents of any kind. After data is read, business rules are applied to verify data accuracy. Any failure or doubt causes documents to be routed to a human operator to handle the exception. The operator then checks the particular document with an interface that shows the document image and makes it easy to confirm the extracted data in its original context.
