About Cookies and Other Trackers

What is a "cookie" or a tracker?
A cookie, or more generally a tracker (hereinafter "Cookie(s)"), is a file or an identifier that can be stored on your terminal (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and/or when consulting a service with an internet browser, via Digital Media. It allows recognizing the concerned terminal each time it accesses digital content containing Cookies from the same issuer, and depending on the Cookie, to collect additional information on your behavior within the services.

Who uses cookies?
Cookies can be placed by various recipients, by us, by our technical service providers, by our partners, or by third parties. Only the recipient for whom the Cookie is placed is capable of reading it; they are responsible for its use, the data it collects through it, and the recipients to whom it is sent.

How can I oppose it?
Depending on their purpose and use, cookies are subject to very strict categorization by the CNIL. Cookies that are "strictly necessary for the service" or "exempt from consent" can be deposited as soon as you log on for the first time. Other types of Cookies are subject to prior consent for the deposit or reading of information in your terminal; they will therefore be conditional on your activity on the Digital Media and the Consent Management Platform (CMP).
The subsequent use of Cookies or information resulting from the reading or tracking of the Cookie is set out in the CMP and in the present charter for the Publisher and its partners. You may give your consent via the CMP (legal basis = consent) or object to processing (legal basis = legitimate interest) via the opt-out links in the solution details below. .

How can I express or withdraw my consent?
You can express your choices regarding the placement or not of Cookies through the CMP that appears during your first visit. You can then withdraw your consent at any time by reconnecting to the CMP. Note that you will have to reiterate your choices if you are in private browsing or if you have deleted the preexisting Cookies. The choice to consent or not to Cookies according to their purposes is offered.
You can also object to the use of your data recipient by recipient or en masse within the same CMP.

Access the CMP

The consent you give is valid for a maximum period of six (6) months from the first deposit in the equipment of your terminal.
If you do not consent to the storage of Cookies or if you have deleted them, your navigation and experience on the Digital Media may be impaired and will not take into account your browsing history.
You can also configure your browser software so that the acceptance or refusal of Cookies is offered to you occasionally, we invite you to consult its user guide (links provided below).
We decline all responsibility for the consequences linked to malfunctions resulting from the absence of consent to Cookies and the impossibility of recording or consulting the Cookies necessary for the operation of the Digital Media due to your choices in your browser.

What are cookies for?

To best inform you about Cookies, we have grouped these Cookies according to their purpose: site navigation, audience measurement for the site Publisher, contextual or targeted advertising, sharing on social networks, and fraud detection.
Some Cookies are strictly necessary for our services and therefore do not require your consent.

Navigation Cookies

These Cookies are necessary for the service you have subscribed to and especially for correct navigation and the proper functioning of the Digital Media. They can be used to:

    • maintain your connection to the Digital Media from page to page and access your Contact data upon consultation;
    • adapt the presentation of the Digital Media to the display preferences of your terminal (language used, display resolution, dark mode or light mode display, etc.);
    • remember information relating to your identifiers;
    • implement security measures, for example when you are asked to reconnect to content or a service after a certain elapsed time.

Audience measurement and Content adaptation Cookies
These Cookies help to establish statistics and volumes of visits and use of the various elements making up the Digital Media (sections and Contents visited, journey), allowing us to improve the interest and ergonomics of the services by analyzing the overall visualization of the Digital Media. If you have submitted contact information, Cookies are deposited to associate navigation information with your personal data and thus adapt the Content according to your previous visits to the Digital Media.

Video playback Cookies
These Cookies allow you to watch videos on our Site

Cookies storing your choices
These Cookies are necessary to:
  • display the CMP, through which you can choose to accept or refuse Cookies, by purpose and by recipient;
  • Preserve your Cookie choices.

Advertising Cookies
Cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of advertising, even non-targeted, which allows you to view quality editorial content on Digital Media without financial compensation or at a lower cost.
Like other advertising-funded site publishers, we implement means to improve the relevance of ads. To this end, we or our partners collect, aggregate, and analyze often pseudonymous information from your navigation on the Digital Media (online activities, visits, pages viewed, links).
These Cookies, for example, prevent the repeated display of the same advertisement, verify its effectiveness, determine which advertisement to display based on your interests, contribute to improving your navigation and making it more interesting, improve the relevance of messages that may be addressed to you, carry out studies aimed at improving the presentation of our offers.
Subject to your prior consent, certain Cookies will be deposited to associate navigation information with your personal data and thus adapt the Content of the advertising spaces and communications offered.
If you refuse all targeted advertising Cookies, you will continue to receive advertising, but it will be standard advertising, not linked to your supposed preferences and therefore likely to interest you less.

Social network sharing cookies
We offer you the possibility to activate features allowing you to share editorial Content and any type of Content published on Digital Media through social networks. Social network Cookies are managed by the publisher of the social network site. You are invited to learn about the use policy of social networks on the concerned sites.

Fraud detection cookies
Third parties may deposit Cookies to fight against advertising fraud, for their own account.
