Systems integrators play a key role in large projects. They ensure that complex projects spanning multiple vendors and solutions are delivered on time and with an acceptable risk level for the customer. They also handle essential project aspects such as specific developments and change management.

Although BPOs are actually ITESOFT clients, we consider them more like partners than end-customers. Some end-users prefer to handle ITESOFT technology themselves; others prefer to use it indirectly by contracting a BPO. We remain neutral in this choice and are always ready to make our expertise available to both the end-user and the service operator. Some of our largest customers use BPOs for part of their process.
